Q: The circuit of 2000 points in sensex(golden Monday) is recession period over ? When we will see again 22000 levels in sensex is there any possibilities again touch down 7000 or near levels ?

A: After the formation of the UPA government we can say to a certain extent that the political uncertainties are over which is good indication for Indian Stock Market. The Sensex has zoomed 2000 points on the golden Monday which clearly indicates that the bulls are back in the Indian market with a big roar. But, the economic worries prevailing in the world economy is not over yet. India and China are the only countries which is least affected by this crisis , so in that case our economy is going to recover soon and  I strongly feel that we will show the signs of recovery from the third quarter of 2009. There is absolutely no possibility of Sensex touching 7000 again unless and until a big turndown happen in the economy and in my view we can see the sensex touching 21000 again may be by 31st dec 2009

Q: Tell us top share for short term investments and for long term investments ?

A: Top  shares for short term investments are:

Abirlanova  with a price tgt of 1100 plus

Reliance Capital with a price tgt of 1080

Hindustan Construction with a tgt of 140

D-link with a tgt of 100 plus

Hindalco with a tgt of 92 plus

I would recommend for  Reliance industries, Reliance infrastructure,  Cals refinery which is only traded at bse and can be the jackpot of yr life, Punj llyod , Ongc,  Gitanjali gems and titan for long term investments.

Q: Which is best for new investors day trading or long term investment in current market and why ?

A: I would suggest the new investor that he concentrate more on the medium term and long term investments and should do a very few trades in intraday because of the high volatility in the market. There is 90 percent chance of losing money in intraday. I would only suggest the high risk traders to trade intraday but with a strict stop loss to minimize their losses.

Q: In which bases you  prepare your intraday calls ?

A: Intraday calls are being prepared by taking the help of the technical price charts of a particular stock and also the news based on those stocks whereas the long term and medium term calls are being prepared by looking at the fundamentals and the business growth of the company in near future.

Q: Mutual funds , fix deposits better option than the  sensex these days ?

A: As I my self being a trader and investor I would also recommend to invest in the market but with some limitations. One should never put his 100% money only in the market but the investor should diversify their portfolios amongst mutual funds , fixed deposits , systematic investment plan , buying gold in physical form and the major portion in stock market because of the high risk high return policy.
