Nifty Uptrend Continues
Nifty has continued its uptrend on Tuesday. As recommended by me all the madcap it stocks have ralled on Tuesday . I expect the same trend to contue till Friday afternoon.
Buy Tata Motors
Tata Motors is making higher tops and higher bottoms and today it broke the resistance of Rs 477 with very good volumes so I think the stock can come in the range of Rs 532-540 in the near future and one can keep a stop loss of Rs 465 in Tata Motors. I would advice all of you to take long positions at 490 for a target of 520.
Buy Balrampur chini
Balrampur Chini is a fully integrated sugar manufacturing unit with a crushing capacity of 73500TCD, distillery capacity of 320 KLPD, and a power generation capacity of 179.85 MW. The present uptrend in the sugar prices and its integration provide a strong visibility in the earnings. As the company is out of the capex cycle, going ahead, the debt equity ratio of the company is set to improve. With a strong revenue visibility and an improvement in the balance sheet, we recommend ‘Buy’ on the stock with a target price of Rs.168
Technical Call
Buy Satyam: Satyam has given a two month old trend line. It has broken a two month old trend line so Satyam can come in the range of Rs 122-125 in near future.I would advise to stay long on this stock for a target of 130 plus with a stoploss of 102.
Buy Essar oil:
Essar oil has given a breakout above 140 rs . It is looking strong on the charts .I would advise all of you to stay long for a intraday target of 145 to 150.
Levels for Nifty
Nifty may give a positive opening on Wednesday. I expect the nifty cross 4700 in the first hour of trade. Major hurdles are 4700 and 4731.
