Nifty Closed With Small gains

Nifty has finally closed on Wednesday at 4680 levels. As predicted by us 4700 was acting as a major hurdle for nifty and it was unable to cross these levels throughout the day. A lot of buying was seeing in the midcap It stocks and the infrastructure stocks. Aban offshore surged by 27 percent in a single day and this stock was recommended by methree days back at the levels of 1175. I hope all of you have minted money in this stock. Our call of Tata Motors have also surged by 20 rs in a single session

Buy Essar Oil

Essar Oil is consolidating between Rs 130 and Rs 145.One can see a lot of buying spree around Rs 130 levels. So the risk is just of 10% but we can expect something like 25-30% on the higher side because the stock is holding around Rs 130 levels and the next target if it goes from here then between Rs 170-190. The stock is an excellent buy at these levels.I would advice all of to take long positions at this levels for a target of 186.

Buy Suzlon Energy

Suzlon energy is looking very strong technically on charts. It has finally managed to close above 93 levels which was acting as a major hurdle. A lot of long position has been taken in the Future And Option segment in the september series. Now 98 and 102 levels will act as a major hurdle for this stock . I would advice all of you to take long positions for a price target of 104.

HCL Tech’s US$-revenue grew 7.6%, margin was up 82bps and profit up 52% sequentially. Pricing strength and IMS growth were surprising. The BPO business turned around from the negative to positive growth zone so I maintain a target multiple of 15x average FY11e earnings of Rs25, thus raising our target price to Rs 375

Levels for Nifty

Nifty will face a mojor hurdle at 4700 and 4731 and the support levels are 4650 and 4600. Expect a very volatile session on Thursday with a positive bias.
